Every year, millions of reusable IT components are sent to smelters. We built the facility, the technology, and the buyer network to change that.

Recynew is an industrial-scale IT hardware recovery plant. 300+ tonnes per month — AI-powered sorting, BGA extraction, certified erasure, and global resale through 200+ buyers.

How it works

From truckload to global resale. Four steps, real numbers.

Every piece of hardware that enters our facility is identified, extracted, tested, and sold to the highest bidder — with full traceability at every step.

01

Bulk intake

Full truckloads of non-remarketable IT hardware. Servers, switches, storage arrays, desktop fleets — anything an ITAD or recycler can't resell as-is.

Full pallet and truck-scale intake
Any mix of enterprise hardware
Pick-up anywhere in Europe
Immediate weighing & manifest
300+tonnes/month capacity
02

AI identification & grading

Every component is photographed and identified by our vision AI. Intel SR codes, AMD die codes, direct part number OCR — no manual lookup needed.

8,317 Intel SR codes in lookup DB
215 AMD GPU die codes tracked
Real-time camera identification
Automatic quality grading (A/B/C/D)
9,300+codes in reference DB
03

Recovery & certified erasure

BGA components extracted via controlled reflow. Every drive wiped with certified erasure. Full chain of custody from intake to resale.

Software-defined hardware recovery. Here's exactly how it works.

Computer vision

Vision AI identification pipeline

Every motherboard, every component is photographed and identified automatically. Our multi-pass pipeline combines Gemini for spatial detection and GPT for OCR, cross-referenced against our proprietary database of 9,300+ chip codes.

1
PhotoCamera captures full board at high resolution
2
DetectionGemini identifies chip locations & bounding boxes
3
OCRGPT reads text on each chip — part numbers, SR codes
4
LookupSR code → Intel DB (8,317 codes). Die code → AMD DB (215 codes)
5
GradingComponent quality assessed: Grade A, B, C, or D
6

17+ chip types identified

Example: Board photo → Gemini detects 8 chips → GPT reads "SR10H" on CPU → DB lookup → Intel Xeon E5-2640 v3 confirmed → Grade A → Box #117

Extraction

BGA reflow & recovery

Ball Grid Array components — CPUs, GPUs, chipsets, BMCs — are extracted from motherboards using controlled reflow. Temperature profiles are calibrated per component type to ensure zero damage to the silicon.

Controlled temperature reflow profiles
Per-chip-type extraction parameters
Visual inspection post-extraction
Cleaning and pin verification
Individual packaging by reference

Certified data erasure

Every storage device is wiped using industry-standard methods. Per-drive certificate generated with serial number, erasure method, and timestamp. ADISA certification in progress.

1
DetectionDrive type identified (HDD/SSD, SATA/SAS/NVMe)
2
SelectionErasure method chosen per drive type and standard
3
WipeFull overwrite or cryptographic erase executed
4
VerificationRead-back verification on every sector
5
CertificatePer-drive certificate with serial, method, timestamp
Buyer network

200+ buyers. 30+ countries. Maximum recovery value on every lot.

Every lot goes through competitive pricing. Multiple buyers bid simultaneously. You always get the best market price — transparent, documented, auditable.

How competitive pricing works

1
Lot creation

Components grouped by category. Each lot gets a reference list with quantities and grades.

2
Multi-buyer sharing

Each lot is sent to 5–10 qualified buyers simultaneously via our platform.

3
Competitive pricing

Buyers submit per-reference prices. Some bid per-unit, others per-lot.

4
Best price wins

Side-by-side comparison. Winner is selected. Full price transparency.

Why Recynew

Not a scrap yard. An industrial recovery plant.

Traditional recyclers shred everything and sell by weight. We operate a Weelabex-certified 30,000m² facility that extracts, identifies, and resells every reusable component — at component market prices, not scrap prices.

Component-level, not material-level

Most recyclers shred and sell by metal weight. We identify, extract, and resell individual components — CPUs, RAM, drives, transceivers — at component market prices, not scrap prices.

Scrap value: ~€200/tonne
Component value: 10-50x higher

Technology-driven sorting

No manual spreadsheets, no guesswork. Every component is identified by AI with a reference database of 9,300+ codes. Quality grading is automated and consistent.

Manual sorting, inconsistent grading
AI identification, 9,300+ ref DB

Competitive buyer network

Your lots are seen by 200+ qualified buyers worldwide. They compete on price. You don't negotiate one-to-one — you let the market set the price.

Single buyer, take-it-or-leave-it
5-10 competing bids per lot

Full transparency

Every step is documented: intake manifest, identification logs, erasure certificates, pricing comparisons. You see exactly what happened to your hardware.
